As one of important strategic resources, culture plays a great role in development of social economy. For this purpose, Chinese communist has developed an advanced culture, which is guided by Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, after eighty years' exploration and pursuit. This advanced culture is not only a great power of material civilization construction in a well-off society in an all-round way, but is a basis for political civilization construction. In addition, it also plays an important role in fully promotion of human's quality and national cohesion.
