摘要 目的探讨枸杞对实验性肝损伤的保护作用。方法用四氧化碳(CCl4)建立小鼠、大鼠肝损伤模型。给小鼠口服枸杞水煎剂3.75、7.5g/kg,大鼠口服枸杞水煎剂2.86、5.72g/kg,以赖氏法测定小鼠、大鼠血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)活性,甲醇法测定大鼠血清胆红素含量,并观察醋氨酚对小鼠的影响。结果枸杞水煎剂能有效地降低CCl4引起的小鼠ALT升高,使醋氨酚中毒的小鼠生存率达80%,大鼠血清ALT活力与胆红素含量亦显著下降。结论枸杞具有抗CCl4所致的动物肝细胞损伤作用,本实验为枸杞在临床上治疗肝炎、脂肪肝提供了一定的实验依据。 Objective To survey the protection of fructus lycii against experimental hepatic injury.Methods Forming a hepatic injury model of mouse and rat by using carbon tetrachoride(CCl4).Mice received decoction of fructus lycii 3.75,7.5 g/kg orally;and rats received decoction of fructus lycii 2.86,5.72 g/kg orally,measuring the active alanine transaminase(ALT) of mice and rats by Reitman-Frankel′s method, serum bilirubin content of rats by methanol method. Mice′s response to acetaminophen (AAP) poisoning was also observed.Results Decoction of fructus lycii can effectively reduce mice′s high ALT level caused by CCl4 .The survival rate of mice poisoned by AAP reaches 80%.Rat′s serum ALT vitality and bilirubin content also decrease greatly.Conclusion Fructus lycii has an action to protect animal′s hepatic cell from injury caused by CCl4.This experiment provides certain basis for the clinical treatment of hepatitis and fatty liver with fructus lycii.
