中国竹炭竹醋液产业发展与展望

Prospect of bamboo charcoal industry in China

竹炭、竹醋液是竹材加工新产品。浙江省的衢江区、遂昌县是中国竹炭之乡。衢州民心炭业有限公司自1995年开始烧制竹炭和精炼竹醋液。"竹炭生产技术及系列产品开发"项目于2000年5月被国家科技部列为国家级星火计划项目,由衢江区林业局和衢州民心炭业有限公司负责实施。目前,竹炭、竹醋液生产已遍及浙江、福建、湖南、江西等省。本文主要从民心炭业公司的成长历程和衢江区竹炭产业建设情况,展望未来中国竹炭、竹醋液产业的发展。

Bamboo charcoal and its vinegar are new products of bamboo processing. Quzhou prefecture and Suichang county of Zhejiang are the countyof bamboo charcoal in China. Since 1995, Quzhou Minxin Charcoal Industry Ltd started to making bamboo charcoal and refining bamboo vinegar liquid.Bamboo charcoal production technology and its series products development are listed as State Star Plan Project by Ministry of Science and Technology in May, 2000, and it is carried out by Forest Bureau of Quzhou prefecture and Minxin Charcoal Industry Ltd. Nowadays, bamboo charcoal and its vinegar producing are spread all over Zhejiang, Fujian, Hunan and Jiangxi provinces.This article looks at the further development of bamboo charcoal industry through the case study of the development of Minxin Charcoal Industry Ltd and bamboo charcoal industry of Qujiang prefecture.
