猪旋毛虫病疫苗的研制及免疫试验 被引量:1

摘要 以肠旋毛虫和新生幼虫研制的混合性旋毛虫病油佐剂疫苗,对118头不同体重猪进行了免疫试验。其中肌肉注射免疫猪108头,间隔20~25d,免疫2次;腹腔注射免疫猪10头,间隔9d,免疫3次。免疫后经过一定时间,给每头免疫猪人工攻击活旋毛虫500条,攻虫后经过1.5~8个月分批次剖检免疫猪,采取咬肌、肋间肌、膈肌、腰肌、后腿肌5个部位的肉样镜检。结果,有7头试验猪共检出已经死亡的旋毛虫9条,其余111头免疫猪均未检出旋毛虫,免疫保护率达94%;疫苗免疫期半年左右;剖检证实,疫苗吸收良好,在注射部位仅见米粒大黄白色疫苗残留物;免疫猪未发现不良反应,安全性好。 Immunization test was made in 118 pigs of different body weights with amixed oil adjuvant vaccine against trichinosis prepared with intestine Trichinella andtheir newborn larvae. 108 pigs were injected the vaccine intramuscularly twice at an in-terval of 2O-25 days , the rest were given intraperitoneal injection 3 times at an intervalof 9 days, Each immunized pig was infested artificially with 500 larvae in a given timeafter immunization , and they were killed 1.5-8 months later. The meat samples takenfrom masseter, intercostal muscle, phrenic muscle, lumbar muscles and muscles of hindlegs were observed microscopically, None of Trichinellae were detected in all immunizedpigs but 9 dead larvae in 7 pigs. The immunoprotective rate reached to 94%. Its immu-nitv duration remained about half a year. At autopsy, the vaccine was absorbed well andonly its yellowish-white residue resembling the grain of rice in size was detected at theinjection site. There were no any ill effects on the immunized pigs. It demonstrated thatthe vaccine has an excellent safety.
