猪肾段动脉与肾段的观察

Observations on the Renal Segments and the SegmentalArteries of Pig

通过对３７例猪肾动脉分支的观察，发现猪肾动脉较恒定地发出５支肾段动脉，即前内侧、前背侧、前腹侧、中间腹侧及后侧肾段动脉。相应的分布区即为具同名肾段。前内侧肾段位于肾门前内侧，前背侧肾段位于肾前侧半的背侧部，前腹侧肾段位于肾前侧半的腹侧部，中间腹侧肾段分布区呈狭长带形，位于肾腹侧中间处后侧，而后侧肾段分布区很广，可分为背、腹侧两个亚段。

By means of observation of the cast of renal artery in pigs,it was foundthat the renal artery divides into a cranial trunk and a caudal trunk at the hilus.Thecranial trunk gives off the craniomedial segmental artery;the caudal trunk branches offthe intermedioventral segmental artery and the caudal segmental artery. Correspond-ingly,there are five renal segments.The craniomedial segment is situated at craniome-dial part of the hilus. The craniodorsal segment lies in the dorsal part of the cranial halfof kidney and the cranioventral segment in its ventral part. The intermedioventral seg-ment lies in the ventral part just behind the middle of kidney.The caudal segment couldbe subdivided into the dorsal subsegment and the ventral subsegment.The former liesin the dorsal part of the caudal half of the kidney,The latter in its ventral part.
