随着我国社会转型时新旧体制的转换,社会资源分配方式和利益格局的变更,阶级阶层的进一步分化,社会心态与价值观的多元化,社会各利益群体间的矛盾和摩擦相应明显和突出,导致群体性事件时有发生。研究群体性事件的表现、成因及对策,是我国改革开放和社会主义现代化必须解决的一个重要课题。

With the transformation systems of our society,the change of distribution and benefit patterns of social resources and classification of social classes,and with the change of value ahd state of social senses,the contradictions and conflicts between different social beneficial groups arise and become tenser.This results in the frequent occurrence of mass accidents.Study of the features,causes and strategy of mass accidents is an important project vital to our opening and reform policy and to our social modernization.
