摘要
企业发展的可持续性问题是我国加入世界贸易组织后和企业所面临的重大而突出的管理课题。创新是企业可持续发展的动力之源;企业核心竞争力是企业可持续发展的内在能力;企业文化建设是企业可持续发展的内在要求;高素质人才是企业创新与发展的根本保证。
Sustainable development of enterprises was an important subject in their management after China enteriughe WTO.Innovation is its source of the motive force;Competition force at the core is its internal ability;Culture cohtruction is its inherent requinement;Talents of high quality is its fundamental guarantee.
