Numerical Control Flame Cutting Machines with Remote Control System

针对南钢公司博力起重厂现场工艺制作环境的限制,数控火焰切割机不能远距离准确控制的问题,进行了给数控火焰切割机加装一套单片机摇控系统的试验。通过多次改进调试,满足了工艺制作要求,大大提高了生产效率,减小了劳动强度。并且此系统同样适合多种继电器控制的设备的应用。

To solve the problems that numerical control flame cutting machines can′t be controled remotely and accurately owing to limit of spot's technological environment,the tests of remate control system with single chip computer adding to the numerical control flame cutting machine has been going on.By the improving and adjustment this system can satisfy the needs of technological process.The production efficiency is raised,labour intensity is decreases.Meanwhile,this system also is suitable for the application of equipments cotrolled by the relays.
