一个企业能否搞好,经营者的激励机制尤为重要。随着企业制度的变化,所有权与经营权分离,企业高层的决策越来越集中到企业经营者手中。目前,国有企业经营者"低激励状态"已成为影响企业经营者有效发挥作用的主要因素。解决问题的办法是给经营者合理定价。
Inspiring machamism for operators is especially importemt for the enterprises. With changing of enterprise system and separeting ownership from managerial authority, the high level dicisions are centralized at the operator of enterprise. Low insperation for the operators of the stateowned enterprise has now become the mejor factor that has influenced the initiative of enterprise operator.
