Millennial Spiritual Tie——Ethical Relationship between Liang Shiqiu and Marcus Aurelius

As a neo-humanist, Liang Shiqiu did not receive direct influence of Marcus Aurelius; however, from ethical angel, he did have spiritual tie with Aurelius surpassing the time and special limits. Liang was deeply obsessed by Aurelius's (as a disciplinant philosopher) perfect ethical ideas, and the ideal form of such ethic is rationality---virtues. Both of them are the practitioner of their ethic, and their spiritual tie surpassed the limits of a millennium and was a bond in depth.
