摘要
采用196nm波长紫外分光光度检测器,C18烷基键合相分离柱,水为流动相,反相高效液相色谱法同时 测定了季戊四醇生产母液中的季戊四醇和甲酸钠含量。季戊四醇和甲酸钠的相对标准偏差分别为5.8%和 3.5%,加标回收率分别为95.83%和95.77%。该法适用于季戊四醇生产母液中季戊四醇和甲酸钠浓度的控 制分析。
A method for simultaneous determination of pentaerythritol and sodium formate by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with C 18 column, water as mobile phase and 196 nm ultraviolet photometric detector was studied. The relative standard deviations of pentaerythritol and sodium formate were 5.8% (n=6) and 3.5% (n=6) respectively and the recoveries were 95.83% and 95.77% respectively. It is useful for control analysis of pentaerythritol and sodium formate in industrial production of pentaerythritol.
