摘要
简要介绍了甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)的几种合成方法———醇酸直接酯化法、酰氯酯化法 酯交换法和降冰片烯法,比较了其优缺点。酯交换法由于成本低,步骤简单,是目前最常用的一种方法,其中 用Ca作催化剂可使DMAEMA的产率达到95.4%。同时,介绍了DMAEMA在国内外的生产和应用情况。
Dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate's(DMAEMA) several synthetic methods such as alcohol-acid direct esterification, acyl chloride esterification, ester exchange and norbornene methods are introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are discussed briefly. Among these methods, ester exchange is the most common method with its low cost and simple procedure. When Ca is used as catalyst, the yield of DMAEMA will be increased to 95.4%. The production and application of DMAEMA at home and abroad are introduced.
