摘要
在氨存在下,使用改进的雷尼镍催化剂,由羟丙腈加氢合成了3-氨基丙醇。考察了反应温度、反应压力、催化剂类型及物料配比等因素对合成3-氨基丙醇收率的影响。在优化的反应条件下,3-氨基丙醇的收率达94.7%,经减压精馏得到含量大于99.0%的3-氨基丙醇。并用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对产物进行了分析鉴定。
3-Aminopropanol was prepared by catalytic hydrogenation of ethylene cyanohydrin with improved Raney Ni catalyst in presence of ammonia. The effect of temperature, pressure, catalyst type and NH_3/CH_3OH on the yield of 3-aminopropanol was studied. Under the optimized reaction conditions, the yield of 3-aminopropanol was 94.7%. The product with a purity of>99.0% was obtained by rectification under vacuum, and identified by IR and ~1H NMR.
