摘要
以固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2-WO_3为催化剂,由丁酮和乙二醇反应合成了丁酮缩乙二醇。探讨了SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2-WO_3对缩酮反应的催化活性,研究了酮醇摩尔比、催化剂用量和反应时间诸因素对产物收率的影响。结果表明:SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2-WO_3是合成丁酮缩乙二醇的良好催化剂,在n(酮):n(醇)=1:1.5,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.5%,以环己烷为带水剂,反应时间1.5 h的条件下,丁酮缩乙二醇的收率可达71.8%。
Butanone glycol ketal was synthesized from butanone and ethylene glycol in the presence of SO_4^(2+)/TiO_2-WO_3. The factors influencing the synthesis were investigated and the optimum conditions were found as follows, molar ratio of butanone to ethylene glycol=1: 1.5, quantity of catalyst=0.5% of feed stock, reaction temperature 80-99℃, and reaction time was 1.5 h. The yield of butanone glycol ketal is 71.8%.
