无乳聚合法合成聚丙烯丝束粘合剂

SYTHESIS OF ACRYLATE COPOLYMER ADHESIVE BY EMULSIFIER-FREE PLYMERIZATION FOR POLYPROPYLENE TOW

以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2-EHA)为单体,2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为乳化性单体,K_2S_2O_8为引发剂,NaHCO_3为电解质,采用无乳聚合法合成了聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液。可用于配制聚丙烯丝束香烟过滤嘴的粘合剂,其最佳配比为:m(BA):m(MMA):m(AA):m(2-EHA)=10:9:0.6:0.2,w(AMPS)=3％,其粘结性能达到了国家标准,滤嘴的硬度为92％、吸阻为1.058 kPa。

Using butyl acrylate (BA), methyl methacrylate (MMA), acrylic acid (AA) and 2-ethythexyl acrylate(2-EHA) as monomers, 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropyl sulfonic acid (AMPS) as emulsible monomer, K_2S_2O_8 as initiator and NaHCO_3 as electrolyte, the acrylate copolymer adhesive emulsion for polypropylene tow of cigarettefilter was prepared by emulsifier-free polymerization. The optimum polymerization were found as follows, m(BA): m(MMA): rn(AA): m(2-EHA)=10: 9: 0.6: 0.2; amount of AMPS=3% of total monomer. Its adhesive property could be up to the national standards. The hardness of cigarette filter is 92% and the suction resistance is 1.058 kPa.
