摘要
从兰州炼油厂的C_4烯烃齐聚物中精馏分离出二聚异丁烯,再与苯酚进行烷基化反应合成了对叔辛基酚(PTOP);筛选出可用的催化剂C101阳离子交换树脂,并优选出反应最佳工艺条件:反应温度80℃,反应时间6 h,叫(催化剂)=0.5%,酚烯摩尔比2:1,烷基化产物中PTOP收率可达87%,精馏后PTOP纯度大于98.0%。
p-tert-Octylphenol(PTOP) was synthesized from phenol and diisobutylene(DIB),which was a distillate of butene oligomer from Lanzhou Refinery. The experiments were divided into two steps, the 1st step was to sift out the best catalyst (cation exchange resin 101), and the 2nd step was to select the optimal reaction conditions through orthogonal experiments. The results were as follows: reaction temperature 80℃, reaction time 6h, mass ratio of catalyst to total feed 0.5%, molar ratio of phenol to olefin 2:1, and the yield of PTOP is about 87% of DIB, the purity of PTOP after distillation is above 98%.
