摘要
比较了国产和进口的适用于涤纶高速纺丝的预取向丝(POY)油剂及一步法牵伸丝(FDY)油剂的润湿、摩擦、耐热、耐磨等性能,经实际生产应用证明二者的可纺性、上浆性、染色率基本相同。
Comparison on performances of 2 kinds of domestic high-speed spinning terylene. POY and FDY oiling agents on wetting, friction, heat-resisting, attrition-resisting properties, etc. were investigated, and they were practically used in textile industry. The results showed that the spinning capability, sizing capability and dyeing rate of yarns prepared with both the oiling agents are almost the same.
