Investigation of Situation of Tap Water Supply System in Rural Areas of Anhui Province

目的 研究农村集中式供水现状,探讨进一步加快农村自来水发展工作的对策。方法 对全省乡镇、村集中式供水设施进行全面调查,并进行系统分析。结果 安徽省农村共有集中式供水设施19 490个,饮用集中式供水人口8 260 699人。主要水源类型有地下水、湖泊、水库水、江河水、泉水。水处理工艺:完全处理的占9. 77%,不完全处理占34. 04%,未处理的占56. 19%。97. 80%的供水设施生产能力在500T/d以下。设施所有权:私人所有占53. 87%、合股制占26. 65%、集体所有占17. 32%、国家所有占2. 15%。设施建设时间: 1996年以前建设占19. 64%、1996年及以后占80. 35%。供水单位不具备水质检验条件的占98. 20%。结论 近年来农村集中式供水设施建设发展较快,但生产规模较小,水净化处理工艺不规范,应进一步强化监管工作。

Objective To study the situation of tap water supply system in rural areas so as to find countermeasures for speeding up development of tap water supply system in rural areas. Methods All tap water facilities at township or village level were investigated comprehensively. The data were analyzed. Results There were 19490 tap water supply systems at township or village level, which benefited 8260699 persons. Water source included underground water, lake, reservoir, river, spring. 9.77% water plants had complete water purification process. 34.04% water plants had incomplete water purification process. 56.19% water plants did not make water purification. 97.80% water plants supplied less than 500000 kg water per day. 53.87% water plants belonged to individual. 26.65% water plants were incorporated company. 17.32 % water plants belonged to community. 2.15% belonged to country. 19.64% water plants were built before 1996. 80.35% water plants were built after 1996. 98.20% water plants had not detection condition of water quality. Conclusions In recent years, many water plants were built. But the supply was smaller and water management was not standard. Supervision should be enhanced.
