芜湖市结核病控制项目实施效果评价

Evaluation of TB Control Project in Wuhu City

目的 评价芜湖市实施“中国结核病控制-日本援助项目”效果,探讨结核病控制的可行方法。方法 对“项目”基础登记资料及日常督导检查记录进行总结分析。结果 涂阳病人发现率从“项目”实施前5年的平均发现16. 88 /10万上升到36. 29 /10万、市区DOTS策略覆盖率为100%、涂阳病人的治愈率从“项目”实施前的35. 00%上升到85. 78%。结论 芜湖市实施的现代结核病控制策略有较好效果。

Objective To evaluate the effect of China TB control project aided by Japanese government. Methods The fundamental registered data of the project and the routine inspection records were summarized and analyzed. Results The detection rate of smear positive patients increased from average 16.88/100000 in the past 5 years before implementation of the project to 36.29/100000. The coverage of DOTS Strategy was 100%.The cure rate of smear positive patients increased from 35% before implementation of the project to 85.78%. Conclusions Wuhu city had got the anticipated effect by implementing the modern tuberculosis control strategy.
