摘要
目的 对安徽省首例食用海鲜产品引起的拟态弧菌病原学检测方法进行研究,探索此类检测的有效方法。方法 用国标法4%Nacl的结晶紫增菌,同时用7. 5%Nacl肉汤增菌检测。结果 两种方法同样在5份样品中检出拟态弧菌。结论 两种培养基作增菌液检测拟态弧菌都是可行的。
Objective We made a comprehensively study about laboratory diagnosis of food poisoning caused by Vibrio mimicus firstly happened in Hefei city of Anhui province so as to find effective detection methods for the bacteria. Methods Both crystal violet medium including 4%Nacl and broth medium including 7.5% Nacl were used to culture the germ. Results Vibrio mimicus was detected from fecal of five patients with the two methods. Conclusion The two methods could be used to detect Vibrio mimicus.
