摘要
目的研究用氟离子电极法测定生物体(鱼肉)中的氟,探讨氟检测的适用方法。方法在生物样品中加入氢氧化钠溶液和氯化钠溶液进行消解。通过对生物样品处理获得使用液,再经氟离子电极法测定样品浓度。结果在126℃/0.147Mpa压力下消解40min,所得结果相对标准偏差<5%,回收率在90%~102%。结论该方法简便快速、灵敏、准确、易于操作。
Objective To assess effectiveness of ion selective electrode method for fluorine detection. Methods The biological samples were digested with NaOH and NaCl solution. Digested solution was detected for fluorine concentration with fluorine ion electrode method. Results The samples were digested for 40 minutes under the condition of 126℃ and 0.147 Mpa. Relative bias of the results was less than 5% and the recovery rate was between 90%-102%. Conclusion The method was quick, convenient, sensitive, accurate and easy to operate.
