摘要
基于企业家魅力在新经济时代日益凸显的重要性,本文从企业家的魅力来源和企业家魅力的扩散和传递途径两个方面讨论企业家魅力的内涵,据此分析影响企业家魅力强弱的因素,并提出增强企业家魅力形象的相关建议。
As the importance of entrepreneur charisma is growing in new economy, this paper discusses the connotation of entrepreneur charisma from the perspectives of the sources of charisma and the means of charisma's disclosure. At last, some suggestions about how to improve the entrepreneur's charisma are discussed.
