摘要
利用图像分析仪对拉伸、拉拔脆断断口进行了金相组织、夹杂物检测,并借助于扫描电镜观察,分析了Φ11mm的X82B拉拔过程中产生的脆性断裂断口。研究认为:X82B盘条脆断的主要原因是由于成分偏析、夹杂物级别超标、金相组织异常、索氏体含量偏低、盘条表面缺陷及接头不良造成的。
By means of Axioplan 2 imaging, microstructure and inclusion of tensile and drawing brittle fracture are tested;by using SEM,the paper examines and analyses the drawing brittle fracture of Φ11mm X82B the brittle fracture. It is concluded by the research that the main causes of X82B wire rod brittle fracture are composition segregation、exceeding inclusion、abnormal microstructure、lower sorbite、surface defect of wire rod and bad operation of electric connection.
