摘要
本文依据药物动力学原理构造房室模型,建立酒精在人体内(内环境)运动的微分方程组,然后运用Laplace变换求解,最后结合题中参考数据,通过非线性回归拟合法确定模型的参数,计算结果符合实际情况,可以进行有效的预测。
Based on pharmacokinetics principle, this paper is to set an atrioventricular model to establish simultaneous differential equations about alcohol in infemal movement, then get a solution by means of Laplace transform. Cominbing with reference data, and setting parameter by nonlinear regression, the result of calculation can be effectively predicted in real situation.
