摘要
目的研究白内障手术前后患者色觉的变化。方法用病例对照研究方法,选择行白内障手术的患者97例,进行色觉检查及填写统一设计的问卷调查。结果(1)白内障术后患者色觉较术前明显改善;(2)单眼行白内障手术的患者感觉手术眼较未手术眼看色彩鲜艳,2个月内行双眼白内障手术的患者双眼看色彩颜色一致。结论早期行白内障手术可以有效地提高患者视力,改善患者的色觉。
Objective To observe the change of color perception before and after intraocular lens implantation in patients. Methods The case-control association study and were adopted to examinate color perception before and after intraocular lens implantation and in 97 patients. Results (1) Compared with that of pre-operation, the color perception was significantly improved. (2) Patients with intraocular lens implantation on single eye feel color perception in operated-eye was better. Color sense in patients with intraocular lens implantation on double eyes in two months was the same time. Conclusion Intraocular lens implantation applied in time can enhance vision and improve color perception of patients with cataract.
