摘要
介绍了一种新型的绝热容器的研制过程,该容器用于井下高温环境的保温,要求具有直径小、真空间隙小、耐高压、保温时间长的特点。针对这些特点,我们进行了严格的设计、计算和工艺改进,得到了比较满意的试验结果。
The development of an innovative well logging vacuum flask is described in the paper. The vacuum flask requires to have the features of shorter diameter, thinner interlager, longer time of heat insulation and better resist to high pressure. Based on the principle, a rigorous design and computation of the structure and the improvement of the manufacture technics are conducted. The test results are well met with the requirements and features of the vacuum flask.
