PCNA、MMP-2在小儿颈部囊状淋巴管瘤中的表达及意义

Expression of PCNA,MMP-2 in Children Cervical Cystic Lymphangiomas And Its Significance.

目的探讨小儿颈部囊状淋巴管瘤的发病机制及小儿颈部囊状淋巴管瘤的病理性质,为临床治疗方案提供一定的指导。方法在68例小儿颈部囊状淋巴管瘤组织中应用免疫组化法(S-P法)检测PCNA、MMP-2的阳性表达情况,并以20例大月份引产胎儿的胸导管作为正常淋巴管组织对照。结果PCNA、MMP-2在小儿颈部囊状淋巴管瘤中阳性表达率分别为17.6%、8.8%,与正常淋巴管组织阳性表达差异无统计学意义(各组P值均>0.05)。结论小儿颈部囊状淋巴结瘤可能是一种淋巴管畸形而非真性肿瘤。

Objective To explore the etiology of the cervical cystic lymphangiomas in children. Methods Proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA),martrix metalloprotein-2(MMP-2) in tissue sections of 68 children cervical cystic lymphangiomas (experimental group)and 20 normal lymphatics(control group) were detected by immunohistochemical method of S-P. Results The expression rates of PCNA and MMP-2 in Lymphangiomas were 17.6% and 8.8% respectively,there was no significant difference in positive expression between the cervical cystic Lymphangiomas group and the normal lymphatic vessel tissue group(P>0.05). Conclusions Cervical cystic lymphangioma in young children has a possibilily a kind of lymphatic malformation but a real tumorous disease.
