摘要
本文在压气机级数值模拟的级间处理时,采用外推周向不均匀性做法,引入一个亚松弛的分布修正系数,研究了系数的取值和修正。通过对计算收敛后掺混面上通量守恒性的分析表明,该方法是一个性能优良的掺混面处理方法。此外,还研究了掺混面位置变化时流场的特征,结果发现掺混面置于动静叶轴向间距的1/4~2/3处为宜。最后,采用修改后的NAPA软件对NASA37级压气机在三种转速下的流场进行了模拟。
In this paper, a sub-lax gene is introduced and studied as a modified distribution parameter in inter-row mixing treatment of a compressor stage digitalization, with considering the outward circumferential non-uniformity. Through the analysis to the flux conservation, it has indicated that the way of parameter distribution modification will ensure the flux conservation basically, and the character of convergence and stability are acceptable. With analyzing the field characteristics at different position in mixing plane, it has shown that the position will effect the flux conservation and the characteristics of convergence and stability of the computation. It is suggested the position be between 1/4 and 2/3 in the inter-row gap. The overall performance for NASA37 low aspect ratio compressor stage at 100%, 90% and 70% design rotating speed has been obtained by using the modified software.
