摘要
目的:探讨益骨汤治疗去势大鼠的骨密度和骨生物力学变化及相关性。方法:取12周龄Wistar雌性大鼠40只,随机分为A组(模型组)、B组(中药治疗组)、C组(阳性对照组)、D组(正常对照组)四组,每组10只,D组行假手术,其余3组行完整双侧卵巢摘除术。灌胃12周后,活杀各组动物,以双能X线密度测定仪测骨密度;通过三点弯曲试验,记录载荷一变形曲线,测定骨生物力学指标。结果:B组骨矿含量、骨密度明显高于A组(P<0.01),骨生物力学性能较A组得到明显改善。A、B、C三组的骨密度与最大应力成正相关(P<0.05)。结论:①益骨汤能刺激骨形成,使骨量明显增加,从而保持了原有骨结构的相对完整性,提高了骨的生物力学性能。②骨密度是影响骨生物力学性能的重要因素。
Objective:To study the effects of Yigutang on bone mineral density and biodynamics and correlation between them of ovariectomixed(OVX)rats and to find out its mechanism.Methods:After 12 weeks of operation, 40 female Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups.Administer saline after ovariectomy to Group A(control),administer Yigutang after ovariectomy to Group B,administer α-D3 after ovariectomy to Group C(positive control)and administer saline after sham operation to Group D(sham-op),and sacrifice at 12 weeks of Yigutang treatment periods.Dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) was used to measure the bone mineral density (BMD) and bone mineral contents(BMC).Bone biomechanical properties test as performed using a material testing machine.Results:After 12 weeks of Yigutang treatment,the BMD and BMC of group B were improved obviously,and the biomechanical parameters also unclined,and the changes of bone biomechanical properties were correlated with BMD in the groups A,B,C.Conclusions:①Yigutang can stimulae the bone formation and add to the bone mineral density,keep the integrity of the original bone structure and raise the biomechanical behavior.②The bone mineral density is an important factor of the biomechamical behavior of the bone.
