妇产科手术者术后促进胃肠功能早期恢复的临床研讨

Study on the Early Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function in Patinets after Gynecological and Obstetric Operation

目的探讨中药巴布剂行气通便贴对促进妇产科手术患者术后胃肠功能早期恢复的临床效果。方法在我院行妇科手术和剖宫产手术者123例,分为观察组62例和对照组61例,观察组采用中药巴布剂行气通便贴用于脐部神阕穴,对照组术后则常规护理,观察两组首次排气排便时间并加以比较,从而了解肠功能恢复情况。结果观察组首次排气排便时间明显早于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论中药巴布剂行气通便贴对妇产科手术者术后肠蠕动有促进作用,且使用方便,安全舒适,无创伤性,有利于妇产科手术者术后肠功能的早期恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine Xingqitongbiantie (XQTBT) paste on early recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients after gynecological or obstetric operation.Method 123 patients after gynecological and obstetric operation in our hospital were divided into two groups:the observation group (62 patients) and the control group (61 patients).After operation,XQTBT paste was applied to the observation group while routine nursing care was given to the control group.The first time of flatus and defecation of the patients in each group were recorded and compared in order to study the difference of their intestinal functional recovery.Results The first time of flatus and defecation in the observation group was obviously earlier than that of the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion XQTBT paste can help to stimulate intestinal peristalsis after gynecological and obstetric operation,and it is also easy and safe apply over umbilicus without any trauma.It benefits the early recovery of intestinal function after gynecological and obstetric operation.
