摘要
目的探讨在职护理人员的学习压力与应对方式。方法采用整群抽样,自评式问卷调查法,对某市3级乙等医院213名护理人员进行学习压力与应对方式的调查。结果在职护理人员的总体学习压力处于轻中度水平,学习压力的造成因素主要是人事制度改革和职称晋升的需求。绝大多数护理人员能采取积极、成熟的方式面对学习压力。学习压力水平与应对方式呈显著负相关(r=-0.320,P<0.001)。结论对造成在职护士产生中重度学习压力源的因素,管理者应给予足够的理解和重视,减轻学习压力,保证学习效果。
Objective To study how to cope with the learning stress by in-service nursing staff.Method Learning stress and its management by 213 nursing staff in a hospital were studied by the use of chester sampling self assessment questionnaire.Results Learning stress of in-service nursing staff was generally at mild or moderate level.Learning stress was mainly due to reformation of personnel system and requirement of professional promaoion.Most nurses cope with their learning stress in a positive and mature way.The learning stress level and its management showed significant negative correlation (r=-0.320,P<0.01).Conclusion Administrator should understand and pay due attention to the factors leading to severe stress so as to ensure learning efficiency.
