摘要
对高垂直段离相封闭母线的结构进行了合理的设计,主要解决了垂直安装时的封闭母线的重量分配问题,即将垂直段封闭母线的重量通过焊在其表面上的铝质支撑环传到垂直分布的四个绝缘子上,绝缘子通过法兰式底座将重量传给外壳,外壳通过其上面的铝质支撑环把重量传给固定在竖井壁预埋件上的钢横梁上,这样可以使整个垂直段的自重均匀地分担到井壁上的土建预埋件上。
This text carries on the rational design for the structure of high and vertical enclosed bus bar , mainly solves the problem that the weight of the enclosed bus bar while vertical installing is how to distribute, that is , through supported the ring that welded in aluminium on the surface of the enclosed bus, pass the weight of the enclosed bus to the vertical four insulator. The insulator passes weight to the outer cover through the flange type seat, the outer cover through supported the ring that welded on their surface pass the weight to the Steel crossbeam which is fixed at the embedded parts , so , by this way , can make the weight shared in embedded symmetrically.
