摘要
将环境质量评价学、GIS(地理信息系统)和编程技术相结合,拟定了无公害农产品产地空气和灌溉水环境条件预警区划分的技术路线。基于GIS建立了自贡市部分地区预警区图层数据库,并通过嵌套编程对废气和废水浓度衰减预测和综合指数计算,矢量化地形图的缓冲分析圈定预警区范围, GIS区域求并,生成预警区成图。不满足产地空气和灌溉水环境条件的预警范围分别为75.93 km2 和89.85 km2,综合影响范围129.99 km2。
By the integration of Environmental Quality Assessment, GIS ( Geography Information System ) and Programming, a set of technical method is suggested to compartmentalize early - warning region failing to be in line with the quality standard on the producing area of nuisance free primary products for air and irrigating water. The research on the producing area in Zigong City included building database of earlywarning region, predicting concentration attenuation and calculating composite index by subroutine nesting, as well as buffer analysis on the basis of vectorgraph and amalgamating regions. Early - warning regions to some section in Zigong City have been created, with the area of 75. 93km2 for air early - warning region, 89. 85km2 for irrigating water and 129. 99km2 for total superposition region.
