合格数学教师的培养决不是件简单的事情,学生的职业能力也不是短短几周的教育实习就能培养好的,它需要落实到日常的教学中去.在日常教学中,不仅要培养学生良好的职业技能,而且要培养学生良好的职业素质,从而培养和提高学生良好的职业能力,使学生一跨出校门就能适应社会,并能符合新时代数学教育的需要.

The training of a eligible mathematics teacher is never a simple thing, neither is the development of a student ' s profession ability. In fact, such ability can be cultivated during daily teaching and learning, in which the teacher focuses not only on his students acquirement of skills, but also on their training of professional diathesis which then can cultivate and enhance the students' abilities. Therefore makes it easies for them to enter the society after graduation, and tally with the new mathematics education.
