Study on the Biological Security Problems Arisen from the Development of Biotechnology

快速发展的现代生物技术导致种类繁多、功能各异的转基因生物及其产品的出现,人们在获益的同时,也越来越关注这些产品对生物多样性、生态环境和人体健康可能产生的潜在的危害。本文重点讨论了转基因生物引发的生物安全问题,在分析我国生物安全管理立法的基础上,对我国生物安全保护提出了建议和对策。

The fast development of modern biotechnology leads to the rise of various transgenetic creatures and their products.While enjoying the benifit,people begin to think about the potential harms brought to the creature diverty, ecological environment and human health by these products.This paper mainly discusses the biological security problems and provides some suggestions on protecting creatures.
