An Analysis on Productivity of Township and Village Enterprises in China

摘要我国乡镇企业是转移农村剩余劳动力、增加农民收入的重要渠道,但自2 0世纪90年代后期以来,乡镇企业发展趋于缓慢,吸纳农村剩余劳动力的能力也明显减弱。本文通过建立随机前沿生产函数模型,定量分析了1 978—2 0 0 2年我国乡镇企业资本和劳动的产出弹性、边际生产率、规模报酬以及资本和劳动的替代弹性,探讨了促进我国乡镇企业发展的途径与措施。
