中医辨证施护在失眠患者中的应用研究

The Application of Nursing with Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the Insomnia Patients

目的:探讨失眠病人的有效护理方法。方法:将120例失眠病人随机分为常规护理组和辨证施护组各60例,常规护理组按常规护理进行,辨证施护组按各辨证分型特点施护。结果:辨证施护组与常规施护组比较差异有显著性和极显著性意义(P<0.05、0.01)。结论:采用中医辨证分型施护,能最大程度地提高睡眠质量。

Objective: To discuss the available nursing methods for the insomnia patients. Method: 120 insomnia patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, Group of routine nursing and the group of differentiation of symptoms and signs nursing practiced nursing according to the different type features. Result: It is significantly different and very significantly different comparing the group of differentiation of symptoms and signs nursing with the group of routine nursing (p<0.05,p<0.01). Conclusion: It can obviously improve the sleep quality to practice the nursing with differentiation of symptoms and signs of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
