One-stage Resection and Anastomosis for Acute Obstruction of The Left Colorectal Carcinoma

目的:探讨采用留置肛管术后结肠回流灌肠、Ⅰ期切除吻合治疗左半结肠癌性肠梗阻的疗效和可行性。方法:使用留置肛管术后结肠回流灌肠对32例左半结肠癌致急性结肠梗阻患者行Ⅰ期切除吻合术的治疗。结果:32例患者全部达到Ⅰ期愈合,术后无1例吻合口瘘发生。结论:采用留置肛管术后结肠回流灌肠、Ⅰ期切除吻合治疗左半结肠梗阻是一种安全有效的措施。

Objective: To study the effect and feasibility of postoperative colonic lavage and one-stage resection and anastomosis of colon carcinoma associated with acute obstruction. Methods: Postoperative colonic lavage and one-stage resection and anastomasis were performed in 32 patients suffering from the left colorectal with acute obstruction. Results: All 32 cases had healed by first intention without postoperative anastomosis fistula, just one case complication of abdominal infection occurred. Conclusion: Postoperative colonic lavage and one-stage resection and anastomasis have beneficial and therefore that is feasible.
