甲状腺次全切除术并发症的原因分析和预防

The Analysis and Prevention of the Complications of Sub-total Thyroidectomy for Thyroidism

目的:总结甲状腺次全切除术治疗甲状腺机能亢进症的经验,并讨论术后并发症的预防。方法:回顾性分析我院1994年1月至2004年12月收治860例甲状腺机能亢进症患者行甲状腺次全切除术后的并发症情况。结果:无病例死亡。术后并发症发生率为1.02%,其中喉返神经暂时性损伤3例,永久性损伤1例;甲亢复发2例,甲状腺功能减退1例;出血3例。结论:良好的手术野显露和术中细致操作可减少术后并发症的发生。

Objective: To report the experience of application of sub-total thyroidectomy for the patients with hyperthyroidism and to discuss how to prevent complications after the surgical operation. Method: 860 cases of Sub-total thyroidectomy in patients of hyperthyroidism from January 1994 to December 2004 were collected and the postoperative complications were analyzed. Result: No one died.Postoperative complication rate was 1.02%. Of them,temporary the recurrent laryngeal nerve injury occurred in 3 cases and permanent injury in 1 case;hyperthyroidism reccurred in 2 cases,permanent hypothyroidism occurred in 1 case;bleeding was 3 cases. Conclusion: Good operative visual field and a delicate surgical procedure can control the complication of sub-total thyroidectomy for hyperthyroidism.
