Coordinating Comprehensively for Rapid Development--On the Coordinated Development of Natural Gas Industry Chain

分析了天然气产业链的三大基本特点,提出天然气产业链协调发展“木桶论”,用以定性地解释产业链各环节之间的关系,建立基本的数学模型,为进一步分析奠定基础。指出天然气产业链只能在协调中加快发展,在发展中促进和谐。应该从思想认识、分析方法、投入产出、建设运行多个方面实行全面协调。并对如何实现协调,提出四点建议。

The three basic characteristics of natural gas industry chain are analyzed and the 'barrel theory ' for coordinated development of gas industry chain is proposed to explain qualitatively the interrelationship between all the links of gas industry chain so as to establish the basic mathematical models for further analysis. It is pointed out that gas industry chain can only develop in a coordinated way. Such coordination should be done in terms of ideological perception, analyzing method, investment and yield, and construction and operation. Four suggestions are given on how to achieve the coordination.
