两种髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的疗效比较

Analysis of curative effects of two kinds of intramedullary nails in femoral shaft fractures

[目的]比较两种髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的临床疗效。[方法]分析交锁髓内钉与扩张自锁髓内钉治疗的股骨干骨折病人5 4例,对手术方法、适应证,固定特点及愈合时间做比较。[结果]平均随访13个月,交锁髓内钉组(LIN) :平均手术时间85min ,平均愈合时间6 .5个月。扩张自锁髓内钉组(IESN) :平均手术时间5 5min ,平均愈合时间5个月。肢体功能均达到优良。[结论]交锁髓内钉应用广泛,且疗效良好;扩张自锁髓内钉应用选择好适应证,治疗更简捷,恢复更快。

Objective To compare the clinical cure effects of two kinds of intramedullary nails in femoral shaft fractures. [Methods]Of 54 cases femoral shaft fractures who had been treated by interlocking intramedullary nail and expanded self-locking intramedullary nail, were compared respectively. [Result] Averaged follow-up period were 13 months. Interlocked intramedullary nail group:Average operation time were 85 mins. Average union time were 6.5 months. Expanded self-locking interamedullary group:Average operation time were 55 mins. Average union time were 5 months. The limb functions of all the patients were achieved excellent-outcome. [Conclusion] The application of interlocked intramedullary nail fixation were applied to be more popularly and excellent cure effects. Based on the proper selection of operative indications, the expended self-locking intramedullary nail fixation were used more simply and recovered more rapidly.
