摘要
传统的企业人力资源管理存在三大缺陷对员工进入企业之前和离开企业之后能对企业创造什么样的价值没有关心;对在职员工对企业创造的价值也没有工具进行分析和识别,不能有针对性地根据其特点进行管理;解决不了员工人力资本投资问题。企业进行员工价值链管理能有效地解决这三个问题。
There are three defects in traditional HRM system: First, no attention is paid to the value which the personnel create before their coming to and after their leaving the company. Second, there are no such tools to analyze and identify the value that the personnel create and the personnel can’t be managed according to their own characteristics. Third, there is no good solution to the problem of human capital investment. It is an effective remedy to conduct management of personnel value chain.
