福辛普利治疗慢性心力衰竭氨基末端脑钠素前体水平变化的研究

摘要 目的探讨血管紧张素转换酶的抑制剂福辛普利治疗慢性心力衰竭前后脑钠素水平的变化。方法选择32例慢性心力衰竭患者,NYHA心功能分级在Ⅱ～Ⅳ级,每天口服福辛普利10mg连续6个月。治疗前后测定左心室射血分数(LVEF)与氨基末端脑钠素前体(NT-proBNP)及评定心功能(NYHA)的变化。结果32例慢性心力衰竭患者经过福辛普利治疗6个月后,心功能有明显改善,NT-proBNP的平均值从治疗前的(1183.2±451.9)pmol/L下降到(914.8±332.5)pmol/L;LVEF从治疗前的(43.8±15.4)%上升到(47.2±18.0)%,二项指标治疗前后比较P值均<0.05。结论福辛普利能够改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能,同时伴随NT-proBNP水平的下降。
