During the course of the open and reform practice, Chinese private enterprises of science and technology have played an important role in the socialist market economy. However, there are still several problems in the development. At the threshold of this new period, what we need to do is, in terms of the 'Scientific perspective on development', to promote the enterprises to make them grow continuously, rapidly and healthily.
