摘要
在现有一台Marx发生器装置的基础上设计了一套完整的毛细管放电X光激光装置,包括Blumlein传输线、毛细管放电室、测量系统、主开关以及与真空系统、充气系统、Marx发生器的连接等部分.为弥补Marx发生器输出电压较低这一不足,达到足够的电流和电压,在设计过程中,对装置的各项参数进行了细致的计算和选取,并给出了预、主脉冲对毛细管放电的结果.
Based on an existing Marx generator, a complete capillary discharge device, which includes a Blumein pulse forming line, a capillary discharge cell, a main switch, a grounded inductance and measuring system, is designed. In the process of design, according to the condition that the output voltage of the existing Marx generator is lower than the same kind of the foreign device, the paper analyzed and calculated the parameters of the device in order to increase the transmitting efficiency of voltage and obtain the largest current. Finally, the parameters selected were given.
