摘要 采用新型低污染纳滤膜进行了淋浴水回用的中试研究,考察了其用于淋浴水回用的可行性.中试试验结果表明:最佳操作条件为操作压力0.6MPa,产水量为26.7L/(m2·h),回收率为85%,除盐率为73%.在该条件下,对淋浴污水的处理效能高,COD、BOD5、LAS的去除率最高分别达到94.9%、96%和98%,微生物学指标合格,出水达到《生活杂用水水质标准》(CJ25.1-89).运行期间,膜通量保持稳定,清洗周期为60d,采用化学清洗与水力冲洗相结合的清洗方法. The pilot-scale study was carried out to research feasibility of shower water treatment and reuse by novel low fouling NF membrane. The results made sure of such condition as optimal operation condition; pressure of 0.6 MPa, permeate flow of 26.7 (L/m2&middoth), recovery rate of 85% and demineralization rate of 73%, under which the performance of NF membrane was high, removal of COD, BOD, and LAS up to 94.9%, 96% and 98%, respectively. The effluents meet the Miscellaneous Domestic Water Quality Standard (CJ25.1-89), including microorganism guideline. Membrane flux was kept steady during operation period. The membrane-cleaning cycle was sixty days, cleaning method incorporated chemical cleaning and water washing.
