摘要
接受督导是成为有效咨询员的必经之路,是促进专业发展与个人成长的重要环节。团体督导是督导的一种方式。作者对北京9所高校的11名咨询员进行了封闭式团体督导,以循环督导模式为理论,每两周1次,每次活动约3小时,每次由一位咨询员报告个案接受督导。本文报告了团体督导实践的评估效果,针对促进团体督导富有成效的因素以及团体督导的适用性进行了讨论,并对完善团体督导效果提出建议。
Receiving supervision was necessary for counselor education. Supervision played an important role in career development. The group supervision was a kind of effective way. Eleven counselors from nine colleges were recruited for group supervision, based on circulating supervision theory, about three hours every two weeks. One of members reported his case and received supervision every time. This paper reported effect of group supervision, discussed about the related factors and suitableness of group supervision, and gave some advice for the group supervision.
