实验消耗材料招标采购的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the Purchase of Experiment Consumable in Public Bidding Way

大宗实验消耗材料招标采购,既能防止腐败现象发生,又能有效发挥投资的最大效益。鉴于实验耗材品种繁杂的特殊性,使其招标工作具有较大难度,如何把握好实验耗材的招标采购工作,是我们探索的一个重要问题。该文就该校近三年在实验耗材招标采购中的一些做法和经验进行总结,以便将招标采购这一科学、有效的方式引入实验耗材的采购工作中。

Buying large amount experiment consumable materials in public bidding way can not only prevent from corruption, but also develop the biggest benefit of investment efficiently. The work of public bidding has difficulty because the experiment consumable materials are numerous. This paper proposed some experiences which have good effect in our practice during the last three years in order to introdince this effective and scientific way of the public bidding to the experiment consumable materials purchasing.
