基于GIS的城市交通路况信息传播系统

Information transmission system for city traffic and road conditions based on GIS

以上海市为例,研究和探讨了地理信息系统(GIS)在城市交通路况信息传播系统的应用方法,从系统的设计思想、实现框架和信息传送机制进行重点阐述。通过该系统,可大大缩短交通路况信息传播时间和提高信息播报能力,有益于提高城市交通管理水平。

The present paper, taking Shanghai as an example, describes the method that GIS is applied to the information transmission system of the road conditions of city traffic. The design pattern, the realization frame and the information transfer mechanism are studied especially. The results suggest that the traffic information transmission time is shortened and the reporting is more accurate. Thus the city traffic management is improved.
