Grey relational analysis method ,which is a basic method of grey system theory for system analysis, is based on qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. A grey evaluation model according to this theory was built to evaluate the performance of complicated product and the basic procedures of modeling . The exactitude and utility of this model was proved by the given grey evaluation example, which provides a new idea for performance evaluation of complicated product. The model can be popularized to other complicated system evaluation .
